Shipping Locations

We ship to all of the US, including PO, APO, FPOs, and Puerto Rico.

We also ship to Canada, Germany, the UK, Singapore, and Australia. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer in each country except Australia, United Kingdom, Singapore and the United States.

Our shipping prices are based on the weight of the items in your order and on the service level you choose. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from the first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

Shipping Processing Times

Order processing time is defined as the business days (weekends and holidays are not counted) it takes for an order to move from being purchased to generating the shipping label. Our standard business days for order processing are Monday through Friday.

All non-personalized orders are processed within 3 business days after your order is placed. The first business day is the next business day after you place your order. 

Examples:

  • If you place an order on Saturday, processing begins on Monday, and your order will ship between Monday and Tuesday.

  • If you place an order on Monday, processing begins on Tuesday, and your order will typically ship between Tuesday and Wednesday.

For personalized orders, please add an additional 7 days processing time to personalize your order.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
