Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please be prepared to provide your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 35 days after your order has been shipped to request a return or exchange. 

If you would like to return an item, please log in to our Help Center using your order information to get started. We will ask for any additional info needed before providing you the return shipping label & instructions.

BOLDE will only cover the shipping fees in the case of an item presenting a quality issue.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items that are engraved or personalized.
  • Any order or item that was not purchased directly through one of our official digital storefronts.

Additionally, you must be able to provide proof of the purchase and verify information associated with your order.

For orders with a multi-item discount, if partial returns or refunds are requested, the refund will only be applied to the lower-priced item. An example of this is a 'Buy One, Get One X% Off' deal.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
