BOLDE Bottle's lid, mixer, and main bottle are dishwasher safe! To ensure longesvity, we recommend separately placing these pieces on the top rack only and using low heat or air dry setting. You may also remove them after a dishwashing cycle to place them out for air drying.

However, we do not recommend running the bottom compartment through the dishwasher. This piece should be hand washed only with warm soapy water.

Knowing washing can be a challenge, we designed BOLDE bottle to be easy to care for and clean.

100% Stainless Steel —Sometimes we can’t wash out our bottle right away, leaving residue in the bottle that does not 👃 pleasant. We tested over 10 different materials and found stainless steel to be the only material that does not retain bacteria, odor, or flavor residue after washing.

Mixer — Fully removable to easily wash and clean between gaps.

Bottle — The width of the bottle is designed to accommodate most hand sizes for easy hand washing or running through the dishwasher.

Bottom Compartment — The bottom compartment is hand wash only.

While odors won’t cling to any stainless steel pieces, we have found that if you completely seal the bottle immediately after cleaning, the bottle can trap in moisture and residue that can cause a smell when not allowed to dry properly. The best tip here is to:

Open the drinking cap after washing and place the lid and bottle out to air dry separately.

With all-stainless-steel drinking surfaces to prevent odor build up, there are two small exceptions to this rule: the silicone cap and lid seal (o ring/gasket).

These exposure points are small, however, since the seals are directly exposed to supplement mixtures, it’s possible they may build up odor over time.

If you find you aren’t able to rid these smells through conventional cleaning methods, we have a simple & effective solution for you.

Throw your seals in the oven! Place them on a baking sheet into the oven at 350F degrees. These pieces are kitchen-grade silicone and are made to easily withstand high temperatures.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original delivery date. If you would like to return an item for a refund, please email a request with your original order number in the subject line to returns@boldebottle.com.

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for used items. BOLDE will only cover the shipping fees for the return of an item presenting a quality issue. If you have any questions, you can view our full return policy.
